Payments & Billing

International bank transfer and mainstream online payment solutions. Fees, currencies, and settlement timelines are stated on the invoice. For larger projects, milestone billing is available.
Refunds & Disputes
Where agreed deliverables cannot be met, we resolve by re-work, credit, or partial refund in line with the signed scope and acceptance criteria. Chargebacks are handled with full documentation.
